Do you have the most lived days?

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all. – Hellen Keller

Do you have the most lived days? It sounds a bit weird because every day we wake up and breathe in oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide. We have simply been alive. But today I asked myself a question after a weighty memory from my past hold me captive for a moment. I wondered why that moment was so memorable, why do I always like to visit there? I even missed the people at the moment in my history. I missed everything I was doing. Why not all days are remembered?

I discovered something very interesting about our most-lived days. I call them most lived because we still visit them even now. We are in love with those days. I learned that every time you do something with all your strength and all your heart you will reap great results, and the results will always outlive you. So every time you work on something while complaining, worrying, or being corrupted in your mind in any way, will affect your life beyond 24 hours. So the most lived days are days that you have given them your all, giving your all does not mean giving what you don’t have at hand, it means giving what you have at hand.

Life in power-saving mode is not a life at all. Start giving each day the attention and meaning it deserves. Do what you do like this is your final chance, protect your health, mind because you need yourself to make it happen. Bring every good out of you, don’t save it for the future, the future is now.

Happy February.
